Decision summary

A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the conviction of actual bodily harm and use of

threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour proved against Craig Chambers, a

registered domiciliary care worker.

The Panel found Craig Chambers’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a

Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in

Wales. Craig Chambers’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of

Persons Removed.

Craig Chambers has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
